Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager who is looking for the opportunity to develop their operational skills and assist the Partners with practice management duties.

Working 3 days per week, this boutique law firm is looking for someone who can assist with the following duties:
Financial:

- Trust and office account management
- Bank account reconciliations including expense accounts
- Monthly reporting and end of month processing
- Budget reviews
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Debtor management
- Processing payroll and superannuation payments

Practice Management:

- Oversee support staff including onboarding, monitoring leave, assisting with recruitment and conducting salary and performance reviews
- Oversee firm policies and procedures
- Renew Practicing Certificates and all relevant insurances
- Facilities management

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have experience as an Accounts Clerk/Manager with another law firm (ideally a minimum of 5 years)
- The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Trustworthy manner to work with sensitive and important material
- Team oriented attitude and willingness to assist other staff
