**About the Role**

We have an outstanding opportunity for Service Supervisor to join our team.

While you will be based in Melbourne, you will be supporting our Victorian and Western Australian pest technicians. This role will require someone that is able to utilise their extensive experience in the pest control industry to support and encourage our technicians to ensure we maintain the highest customer service, quality and safety standards.

While you will be a support on the ground helping to troubleshoot problems and provide daily supervision to the team, you will also be expected to perform pest control services when necessary. Regular travel to Western Australia is a requirement of the role.

As a result, we now require additional support to help oversee our growth with the Victorian market.

You will be provided support by an experienced and dynamic management team that is committed to your success. Our team is committed to not only giving the very best service to our customers, we are committed to providing the best possible conditions for our team.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- supervisor and coach a team of dedicated technicians
- promote a standard of exceptional customer experience for all termite, residential and commercial clients
- inspecting client's premises thoroughly
- assist with identifying sales leads for the area
- be a team player and have a great attention to detail
- develop and maintain long term customer relationships
- provide a first-class customer experience

**To ensure your success, you must have**:

- current Victorian Pest Control Licence
- current Termite accreditation
- experience supervising staff (either directly or indirectly)
- experience managing a remote team is highly desirable
- the ability to work unsupervised and meet set workload
- a preference for varied workload, being on the road, and meeting different people every day in all types of situations
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a valid driver’s licence
- vaccinated against COVID-19 as it is a client requirement
- exceptional customer service skills.
