**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources administrative role preferred
- Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred
- Knowledge in local and industry HR legislations and requirements, with the ability to provide generalist HR advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create meaningful work relationships that best support our people
- Team player with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting tight deadlines
- Ability in Microsoft Word and Excel
