In light of their ongoing growth and strong relationships with key long-term clients, they are looking for a motivated Civil Designer to join their Sydney office. In this role, you will be an integral part of their multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective execution of projects across various disciplines.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop concept, concept and construction designs and documentation using 12D software
- Coordination with clients, engineers, and draftspersons in relation to civil engineering (and multidisciplinary) projects.
- Designing to relevant design codes and standards
- Working closely within a team environment to deliver a coordinated product.
- Liaising with our client’s staff, external project consultants, clients and public authorities to ensure successful project outcomes
- Opportunity for contribution towards development of their national civil design, CAD and IT systems
- Opportunity to assume design manager roles in addition to civil design delivery if desired

**Skills & Experience**
- Associate degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering Design or equivalent
- Wide range of experience considered on merit, minimum 3 years post education
- Proficient / highly proficient in 12D software
- Demonstrate experience in a range of projects including commercial, infrastructure, land development and other multidisciplinary works.
- Experience in urban design highly regarded
- Experience in underground utilities coordination highly regarded
- Experience in geometric design and traffic management highly regarded but not essential
