About the Role

Sitting within the safety and compliance function globally, the key responsibilities of this role will be to coach and mentor leaders, upskilling their capability and skills in their knowledge of rehabilitation and case management, aiming to reduce claims and influence claims cost.

**Other areas of focus will be**:
Manage a case load of claims, managing existing claims and processing new claims;
Provide a national service, being across multiple states and differing legislations;
Working across multiple internal stakeholders & external providers to deliver a holistic outcome; and

Educating leaders on their role and responsibilities in ensuring the health and wellbeing of their employees.

About You

We are seeking an energetic, driven and approachable individual with a solid background working as an accomplished Injury Management Coordinator. You will be self-motivated with a proven track record of reducing claim numbers and be committed to educating the workforce through exceptional communication, influencing and partnering skills. You will be empathetic in style, professional, and manage all stakeholders with a pragmatic and caring approach.
