Applicants must be able to work efficiently, with multi tasking skills and a great attitude. We use Niccolo coffee for our house blend and rotating single origins from Maker Coffee for all black options. Need a fast barista able to produce high quality coffee at pace while serving customers and building up rapport withregulars. A good understanding of dialing in espresso coffee, brewing filter coffee and general Melbourne coffee knowledge and experience. We currently go through around 15-20kg a week but we are rebranding and relaunching the cafe and looking to grow and get that morning regular trade up with the help of you

We will need a barista who is capable and confident on the machine on their own. We also require someone who is happy with multitasking, brewing teas, making smoothies, doing dishes in the bar and other standard brew bar tasks. You may be required to run some things on the floor, so being comfortable with floor service is a benefit.

We are looking for casual staff with a varied amount of hours available. We are also a growing hospitality group with multiple new venues opening up in the next few months. The opportunity to grow with us and work across multiple venues is a possibility if that interests you
