**About You**
- You have previous experience as a nursing assistant with a detailed understanding of working within a plan of care.
- You have demonstrated ability to provide high quality patient care with a commitment to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
- You have completed HLT33115 Certificate III Health Services Assistance or have completed 1 or more years Training as an Undergraduate nursing student.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provision of support to the nursing team in the delivery of nursing care in a care environment as directed by the Registered Nurse
- Provide direct care activities to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse with patient care interventions as directed
- Contribute to collection of accurate health care information and maintain accurate health care documentation as required
