**About You**
- Have completed a Certificate III in Health Services Assistant or have completed 1 or more years training as an undergraduate nursing student.
- You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, with a high standard of written and verbal communication and are able to respectfully collaborate with others.
- You are open and able to receive feedback in a constructive manner, can demonstrate an ability to communicate your needs and to see out mentoring or guidance when needed.
- You are a person who loves the foundation of nursing - you love the regular contact with patients, getting to know them and becoming a renal family.

**What you'll be doing**

Our diverse and inclusive team will support and train you in skills required for you to become a valuable member of our renal team. We care for patients in the acute setting who are admitted to Gosford Hospital, and have a large cohort of outpatients who attend our satellite units. Our client population are predominantly independent and self-caring haemodialysis patients. The Renal AIN role is suited to a motivated clinician looking to challenge themselves and make a difference to the patient journey. This position is required to work at multiple sites across CCLHD including Gosford, Lake Haven and Long Jetty.
