GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is an ASX listed (GNG) engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry. We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our Ascot office to support our Recruitment team to assist with our growth across our construction projects.

This is an exciting time to join GRES as we are experiencing significant growth providing great opportunities for you to develop alongside us.

Working on multiple varied projects in a small recruitment team, you will be working with Project and Construction Managers to assist in the management of site personnel.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Actively recruiting trades utilising a range of sourcing strategies
- Marketing and promoting the GRES employer brand to increase our direct hires across the projects
- Working with other HR Professionals to resource for various sites

You will need to be a dynamic individual that enjoys a fast pased environment, working across various roles and projects.

2024 will be an exciting year for GRES with plenty of projects starting or going into Construction phase.

**We will need the successful applicant to have**:
**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience in high volume blue collar recruitment, especially in a Contruction and or Engineering environment
- Experience in sourcing various Trade and non trade teams - especially Mechanical, Electrical ,Structural and Civil Construction
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment - adapability and resilence is essential
- Sound experience with Recruitment systems ,Microsoft suite and in the use of various social media platforms to assist in sourcing strategies
- Ability to challenge the status quo and look at new innovative ways of working
- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights and able to join out Team in Jan 2024
- Great PC skills espcially with Microsoft Office
