The Consumer Capability Team is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team. If you believe this role aligns with your skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

**How will I help?**
- You will be assisting in processing of invoices, monitoring expenses, and managing vendor contracts.
- You have the ability to liaise with the finance teams to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Experience with maintaining team knowledge repositories, including playbooks, procedures, and project documentation.
- Previous experience prepairing regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential risks.
- The ability to provide general administrative support, including expense claims, scheduling meetings, coordinating team communications, coordinating status reporting, and maintaining databases.
- You have the ability to coordinate program timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of capability and talent initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with team members to ensure smooth program operations and logistics.
- Passionate about working with relevant teams to ensure learning, communication and collaboration platforms are maintained and up to date.
- Eager to work with Learning Services to manage learner enrollments, course completions, and certifications.
- You will have the responsibility to oversee the curation and management of digital learning content, ensuring consistency and management of risk, including coordinating JIRA tickets as they arise.
- Coordinate logistics for learning events and internal capability campaigns, including booking venues, managing invitations, and handling materials.
- Previous experience working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.

- Accurate and actionable reporting for stakeholders.
- Seamless coordination of program administration tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of capability and talent initiatives.
- Administration and maintenance of learning and communications platforms, and digital content, to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibility.
- Support of campaign and event execution, including logistics and stakeholder coordination
