Due to some internal employee promotions, we are seeking an energetic **Talent Partner** immediately join our People Experience team.

Our People Experience team leads our enterprise across **Talent, Capability, Learning & Development, and Organisational Enablement,** with a burning desire to drive strategic people and performance growth to make a lasting impact on our people, customers, and communities.

As our Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing and acquiring the right talent for the right roles by building a partnership led approach with hiring leaders to talent management, recruitment & resourcing requirements across the business

**Key Accountabilities**:
In this role you will primarily be partnering with our **Service Delivery Group.** Our Service Delivery Group provides a range of Customer Facing Services including the operation of the water and sewage networks, maintenance, customer contact services, billing and debt recovery.
- _You will take ownership of your own Talent portfolio,_ by developing, implementing and driving talent attraction and retention strategies for hiring leaders to hire the best and most suitable talent, and continuously improve these attraction strategies in a constantly shifting talent market.
- Create customised recruitment campaigns to effectively source, screen and appoint talent that compliments the team dynamic, capability and ultimately contributes to enhanced team performance as well as alignment with Urban Utilities cultures and values.
- Contribute to the delivery of Urban Utilities pathways programs and pipelines to attract and engage emerging talent internally and externally via engagement with leaders, education institutions, careers fairs and industry related bodies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Build partnerships with hiring leaders that inspire trust, transparency, and collaboration to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Coach, train and develop hiring leaders to become ‘talent champions’; provide insights and guidance where relevant. This includes maintaining an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
