Front of House Manager

We are currently seeking a customer experience champion to join our Management as Front of House Manager. This role is beyond a standard Reception role and involves team management. You will be responsible for ensuring the reception and cafe teams present excellent first impressions and provide first-class customer service to all customers visiting or calling the showroom.
**Your duties will include but not be limited to -**
- Supervising and providing leadership and direction to front-of-house and café employees
- Delivering exceptional customer experience to all visitors and calling customers
- Oversee Front of House rostering, training, performance, and training plans and assist with recruitment as needed
- Manage the Front of House team with a positive team spirit and identify areas for development
- Manage escalated customer queries, coverage for break times & leave and perform reception duties as needed
- Manage the Customer lounge, café inventory and stock procurement
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties for both the Front of House team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- You will be mature-minded and will set a positive example for your team in every way
- Experience in reception, administrative or hospitality front-of-house roles required
- You will be a committed member of the team and a demonstrated organisational genius.
- You will be immaculately presented and have great communication skills.
- You have the confidence and credibility to liaise with management, staff, and a discerning customer base.
- You will be proactive and efficient and seek excellence in all that you do.
- You will preferably have experience with team leadership or supervision.
