We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Business Partner to join our team, based in the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH). This role will analyse data and support the roll out of projects and programs that align with Social Infrastructure's Zero Harm strategy and objectives.

At the RAH, Downer Group deliver a host of services for our biggest contract within healthcare. This role will see you supporting the Zero Harm objectives and work closely with the facilities maintenance divisions which includes preventative and reactive maintenance of the facility and its assets, security services, food services, logistics and patient care. Working together to plan and develop content that supports strategic improvement programs and initiatives.

**What you’ll bring**
- Formal qualifications in health and safety with demonstrated experience within a Workplace Health & Safety or OHS related role.
- Strong incident reporting and injury management support.
- Experienced in risk assessments and verification of site safety management plans.
- Ability to write professional reports and present key findings to leadership teams.
- Conduct WHS/OHS management system and/or environmental management system audits.
- Experience providing technical health, safety and environmental advice across multiple industry sectors.
- Understanding of Injury Management and Workers Compensation.
- Exposure to high-risk industries, preferably construction, infrastructure or FM (preferred)
