About the Company
Highly reputable Professional Services business based in the Hills district have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Office Administrator to support their fun, friendly & dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing immediatey.
About the Position
Reporting into the Administration Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Maintaining the office premises ensuring a neat and tidy workspace;
Ordering stationary and supplies;
Act as the main point of contact for all office enquiries and visitors;
Creation and formatting of documents and presentations;
Preparation of reports and database management;
Manage timesheets and invoicing;
Event management & marketing support; and
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
Previous experience as an Office Administrator or Team Assistant in a corporate environment;
Immaculate presentation and communication skills;
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performing environment;
Experience managing conflicting priorities;
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy; and
Professional and strong work ethic.
