Providing support to individuals throughout the local community, our client currently has full-time and part-time (minimum 15 hours per week) opportunities available.
**About the Role**:
- Working with clients in their own homes, within aged care facilities and out in the community
- Support individuals and enrich communities
- Help provide independence for an individual
- Daily tasks will include personal care, as well as occasional transportation of clients to appointments/shopping, laundry, bed making, housekeeping, cleaning bathrooms, social support, and companionship.

**About You**:
- A kind, caring and empathetic nature, with a positive approach to client service
- Ability to use smart phones and handheld devices
- Bilingual (Greek language) would be a bonus, but it is not essential
- Ability to travel to clients' homes including Current Driver Licence, Car Registration and Comprehensive Insurance documents
- Industry mandated clearances will be required including National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Check (assistance can be provided in obtaining clearances), and mandatory vaccinations
