Head of Customer Care.

In this role you will have the opportunity to design and lead our service to customers, lead a team delivering customer service excellence, contribute to the growth of the business, and play a role in company strategy and innovation.


You will provide high level expertise and support to key customers, coach and motivate a team of customer relationship professionals, support business development activities, and be part of a fast-paced and fast-growing business.

This role is a full-time permanent role and may be based in any capital city in Australia. Travel will be required from time to time to engage with key customers and team members.

What you will bring:

  • Significant experience and expertise in the field of EAP, mental health and wellbeing
  • Experience managing large customer contracts, including establishing and growing the services and support provided
  • People leadership experience and a deep desire to build and support a highperforming team
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fastpaced, highperforming environment and in achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and to embrace new ways of working
  • Personal and professional presence, integrity, and business ethics
