**Job Description**:
Colliers are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Sunshine Coast team. We are offering a two-year administration position with the view of transitioning into a commercial property manager role.

This entry position will start as an Accounts Administrator, focusing on accounts payable and receivable where you will be responsible for the monthly receipting of over $5 million rent from over 600 tenants and the payment of accounts for over 300 commercial buildings. In addition you will assist in developing “best practices” throughout the office and assist with tenant and landlord compliance requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- A positive, hard-working attitude.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a passion for efficiency.
- An advanced understanding of Microsoft software (incl. Excel) and a willingness and capacity to learn new software.
- A willingness to provide first class service to clients (Landlords), customers (Tenants) and team members.

**Qualifications**:
You will work alongside some of the most experienced managers and sales agents in the industry, where you will ultimately develop skills to negotiate between landlords and tenants to solve complex problems that help shape the commercial real estate environment of the Sunshine Coast.
