**About the role**

Based across the Smithfield & Warwick Farm sites, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and lean methodologies across our manufacturing operations. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement, waste reduction, and cost savings.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies/programme, lean methodologies, and operational excellence initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
- Lead and foster a culture of problem-solving using tools such as 5Y, DMAIC.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Analyse existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Support the site maintenance teams to develop systems to improve asset reliability
- Utilize statistical analysis and other tools to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees at all levels about lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

**What you will bring to the team**
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
- 5 years' experience as a lean practitioner (TRACC, TPM, 6-Sigma etc) with experience in process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent data analysis, dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management

- Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
- Experience developing employee training programs
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational
- and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
