**Are you experience**d in the** d**evelopment and management of production and design services for education**? We have a continuing position available for Manager, Media Production.**

Learning Enhancement and Innovation (LEI) facilitate, collaborate, design and create engaging and flexible student-centric blended and online learning experiences. In partnership, LEI empower academics to teach and students to learn by providing expertise into design and development of innovative pedagogically-driven practices and learning technologies.

Under broad direction, working with a degree of autonomy, the Manager, Media Production will lead a team of specialists focused on providing complex support across Faculties, Divisions, and projects to a range of stakeholders to meet production timelines for enhanced high quality learning experiences. Facilitating the deepening of media development capabilities across the team, this role will operate within a complex and fast-moving environment. As the main point of contact for all elements of media production for Learning Enhancement and Innovation, this role will facilitate and maintain positive relationships with faculty members and our external partners and vendors, ensuring consistent quality standards. This role will also lead the continuous evaluation and improvement of Media Services in learning and teaching. A key aspect of the role is to drive innovations in educational practice within media production at the University.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Extensive knowledge of current theory and practice in media production, learning design and/or learner experience design.
- Extensive experience of development and management of production and design services for education, including facilitation and training, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in design, development, delivery and evaluation of large-scale digital learning, learning technologies and/or multimedia products and services, for an educational audience.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and practice in, student-centered approaches to education and design.
- Extensive knowledge of global education markets, including the open online learning market or Open Educational Resources.
