Midtown Mac Park is a new urban community in Macquarie Park, bringing together residents in a new and inspiring village. Creating a place that is open, inclusive and highly connected - a place where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

Mission Australia Housing is an established and progressive, Tier One National Community Housing provider of community and affordable housing and also provides both tenancy and asset management services for a number of third-party organisations and private investors.

**Position Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide support and supervision to the housing team by training, escalation and complaint management
- Manage tenancy breaches and work with tenants to support and assist and attend tenancy hearings where necessary
- Ensure that core operations tasks including rent reviews, property inspections and allocations are carried out by the housing team as required
- Manage complex clients tenancies including participation in case coordination activities
- Set clear and measurable SMART targets and goals in line with Mission Australia Housing and Mission Australia strategy and business plan
- Prepare a range of reports, monitor business and maintain data and records in a quality manner
- Develop strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders including government and service providers
- Drive the implementation of Integrated Service Delivery Framework

**Requirements for Success**
- Previous exposure/experience as a team leader in public/community housing
- Demonstrated leadership skills with effective time management capabilities
- Track record of success in your ability to deliver positive client outcomes and sustain social housing tenancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels
- The ability to build networks within the social housing sector
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel reporting and presentation skills
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate or happy to obtain one
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
