**About the Venues**:
Hinchcliff House is a multi-level, heritage-listed wool store featuring two distinct dining experiences: Grana and Lana.

Grana is a vibrant, casual Italian restaurant centered around shared dishes, showcasing house-made pastas, breads, and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients served in a simple yet delicious style.

Martinez is a French-inspired restaurant and terrace bar dedicated to offering an authentic taste of France in every aspect of our hospitality. From our culinary creations to our meticulously crafted cocktails, we strive to transport our guests with a world class experience, celebrating the rich tapestry of French culture.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **dynamic bartender **to work in a busy CBD restaurant (near Circular Quay). This person needs to be proficient at multitasking - they need to service the guests seated at the bar, dispense cocktails to the restaurant, make coffees and hot drinks, and manage glass wash for that area, all while keeping a positive engaging energy for the guests and team.

You will be working with some of the industries best and have the potential to work across multiple sites to keep things interesting for you.

Pay: $32.25 - $64.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
