We’re on the lookout for a **Solutions Designer** to become a key player in our Contract Logistics team. Reporting to the Head of Solution Design & Engineering, ANZ, this role is crucial for driving growth through innovative and customer-centric logistics solutions.

As our Solutions Designer, you will:

- Design and implement advanced logistics solutions, focusing on automation and digitalisation to enhance our warehousing and transportation services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across APAC to create solutions that are not only commercially viable but also aligned with our core product offerings
- Engage in detailed analyses, utilising simulation and optimisation techniques to ensure solutions are operationally feasible and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate on proposal development, presenting tailored solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and DB Schenker’s strategic goals

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Substantial experience in logistics and supply chain, with a strong emphasis on solution design and innovation
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for project management and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and familiarity with logistics software e.g. CLASS, Sketchup is highly regarded
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Management
