**Your new role**
To provide administrative support to the Waste Services department.
You will provide effective and efficient administration services across the division. You will undertake and support a range of functions. These will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of briefing notes, statistical data, presentations and other business documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and customer requests, ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow-up and escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders that will increase the effectiveness and profile of the team and department.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- Attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
