**About the role**
- This exciting role will work closely with the Director of Education & Training (Nursing & Midwifery) and team to provide business administrative support for Grampians Health education and training programs. Based in Ballarat, you will possess;
- A positive and professional attitude
- Excellent administration skills and knowledge
- Well developed IT and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**
- _ Provide business administration support_
- _ Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings_
- _ Process monthly reconciliations, billing, invoices_
- _ Maintain accurate and effective work procedures and filing systems_

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in business administration
- Experience in health, education or training (preferred)
