**Werribee and Truganina.**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in medical reception/customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in using medical software (Best Practice or similar)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Providing information to patients about procedures
- Managing billing and receipting
- Entering and scanning patient data and documents
- Faxing and filing

**Flexibility in hours and willingness to cover other shifts as needed is required. Travel between our Friendly Medical Centre in Werribee and HealthWest Medical & Specialist Centre may be necessary.
