What does the job look like?

An opportunity for a Transport Scheduler within the Defence contract based at Essendon Fields, providing freight movements across Australia. Key areas:

- Process movement requests through the Defence system
- Book movement requests for collection by carriers
- Ensure customer compliance to correct documents and safety responsibilities
- Provide information to subcontractors to facilitate movements
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods, CoR, Safety and Foxlink

Are you the one?

You are self-motivated, a team player and value a good work culture. In this role you will be potentially required to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday with possible after hours activity during high activity periods.You can demonstrate:

- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Experience using SAP - TM System
- Mass management and fatigue management training, understanding of CoR
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately

Further information

You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
