We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised **Student Engagement Advisor** to join our team on a temporary basis for 17 weeks.

The Student Engagement Advisor is an integral member of a close-knit team, driven by a shared commitment to providing exceptional support and guidance to students.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Contributing towards outbound call campaigns to students ahead of Trimester 1 2024
- Processing administrative tasks and data entry
- Assisting with the re-enrolment of students and providing course sequence advise
- Liaising with Discipline and specialist staff to ensure students are adequately supported

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and in a way that is flexible and adaptable
- Strong commitment to personal excellence and achievement of targets and high professional standards
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and student records software
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and a willingness to be flexible in undertaking administrative duties
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activities
