As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for a Loss Prevention Manager to join our Loss Prevention team at our Head Office in Preston, Melbourne or Huntingwood, Sydney NSW.**About the role**
- As the Loss Prevention Manager - Retail Crime / Supply Chain you will be responsible for driving a Safety and Risk improvement Culture throughout the CW Retail Supply Chain and Organised Retail Crime Network.- You will partner with the relevant Supply Chain, stakeholders, Law Enforcement agencies, Retailers & Loss Prevention teams in order to execute the safety, inventory & risk throughout our network.- Using your influencing skills, you will create a culture of accountability with your stakeholders through the facilitation of a robust assurance program developed in consultation with leadership teams, addressing key risk metrics, whilst ensuring compliance to all relevant regulations, policy, and processes in order to mitigate further risk exposure and reduce losses.- You will be hands on to assist with implementing solutions that support Continuous Improvement and reduce process gaps, ensuring we are nimble, our solutions are fit for purpose, and we continue to drive our economic engine with a Safety-first mindset.**Requirements**:

- Identify market specific risks and design appropriate tailored risk management plans.
- Interstate travel is required
- Create awareness in market of compliance requirements, identify any gaps and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
- Partner with Support office, Supply Chain and Stakeholders to ensure all compliance requirements are identified and mitigated.
- Educate, influence and empower your internal customers to have risk embedded into their decision making through appropriate training and understanding of distribution risk principals.
- Ensure that any serious incidents that occur in the CW Retail network are acted on and resolved.
- All investigations are conducted in line with legislation.
- You will facilitate and actively participate with investigations.
- Build relationships and hold regular meetings with Law enforcement agencies.
- Build relationships and hold regular meetings with major retail agencies.
- ROI on Organised Retail Crime investigations.
- Case files are complete and signed off for your region.
