**About the role at OMD**

The Social & Innovation Manager supports the entire Social & Innovation team at all stages of the project life cycle. Campaigns will frequently involve working with partner agencies, such as Augmented Reality Developers, Production Houses and Digital Agencies.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Roadmap Development - Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features
- Product Vision & Strategy - Establish a clear direction for the product and ensure the team is aligned with its goals
- Product Delivery & Improvement - Ship the product and continuously improve it based on customer and market feedback

- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
