**APS 5 Funding Agreement Officer (Multiple Roles)**

**Location: Sydney, NSW**

**Contract length: 6 Month Contracts with an extension option**

**Hourly Rate: $49.85 p/h + Super**

First Grade are currently seeking

Our client manages federal funded programs that are being delivered across NSW and the ACT. It provides end-to-end management for Australian government departments, agencies and organisations across a range of community-based programs. It also represents the department at the state/local level including gathering information to inform policy design and support the implementation of departmental initiatives aimed at improving the lives of our community’s.

As an
**APS 5 Funding Agreement Officer**, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of this program. Your daily priorities will be:

- Assess and monitor the performance of recipients in accordance with the agreement and program guidelines
- Build strong relationships with recipients to assist them to deliver and manage issues and risks
- Provide information about service delivery to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture that engages effectively with change
- Demonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant program guidelines, legislation and policy frameworks.
- Identify, document and escalate issues and risks.
- Prepare high quality accurate correspondence, submissions and briefings/responses.
- Adhere to standard processes and identify improvements.

If successful, you will be well rewarded with an attractive hourly rate and secure you employment past Christmas and into the new year, with the strong possibility of further extensions.
