APS5 Case Management | Multiple Roles Available | Surry Hills or Paramatta | 12 Month Contract

**Your new company**

This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking multiple Case Managers to join them for a 12-month period.

**Your new role**

You will undertake end to end case management activities, including working on complex matters and analysing these to develop options for early resolution. To assist in effectively resolving these matters you will obtain necessary information and advice as well as prepare documents detailing resolution options for reference in Case Management meetings. You’ll also be required to attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with confronting and complex situations, providing empathy where required.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably.

**What you'll get in return**
- The agency is seeking Multiple APS5 Case Managers.
- You will receive $55 per hour + super.
- 12 months contract
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Office based in Surry Hills or Paramatta depending on your preference.
