**About The Role**
- Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation.
- Contribute and collaborate on a broad spectrum of product initiatives, including UX, connectivity, localisation, voice of the customer and more.
- Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner.

**Your background**
- Strong academic record - while technical skills are a plus, there is no requirement to come from a computer science background.
- A demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship.
- Problem-solver who's willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
- Passionate about building products that customers love.
- Proven collaboration skills.
