**Your Role**
Seeking a Payroll Officer to join their amazing team on an initial 6 month fixed term with possibility for extension or perm thereafter, you will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for:
- Assisting the team in processing end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees including processing, payment, reporting and reconciliation;
- Processing timesheets;
- Coordinating new employee setups, employment variations and terminations;
- Processing leave, bonuses and salary sacrifices;
- Providing assistance and advice to payroll queries and managing a payroll inbox alongside another payroll officer.
**Your Profile**
This position requires previous experience processing end-to-end payroll for 200+ employees including end of month reporting and reconciliation processes.
You will bring a good understanding of Australian employment and tax legislation, be competent in interpreting Awards and have experience with timesheets and time and attendance systems.
This role uses Payglobal and Ceridian Dayforce however experience in these systems is not essential.
You must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ability to manage a high-volume payroll and most importantly, a great attitude
