I'm working with a who are looking to bring on an Engineering Manager to run their native mobile engineering squads.

You lead their iOS and Android development teams in a dynamic fintech company. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of their cutting-edge mobile app. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of innovative, secure, and user-centric mobile solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while ensuring seamless integration with fintech systems and APIs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation within the mobile engineering team, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile fintech technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks, working closely with team members to find efficient solutions while maintaining data privacy and security.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members, fostering their fintech knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in iOS and/or Android development
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin
- Solid understanding of mobile development frameworks, tools, and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies & project management tools
- A passion for mobile technologies and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile fintech and user experience.
