Tattersalls Club is looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to join its award winning team in Sydney's CBD.

**Primary Objective**:To support and deliver the Club's retention and recruitment activities, focusing on marketing and communications.

The core responsibilities of the role are.

**Operational Tasks**
- Manage and develop an effective, integrated communications plan.
- Manage the Tattersalls brand and set guidelines on logo and style guide.
- Manage all marketing and communications functions to promote and support key areas of the

business including the Athletic Department, Members Dining Room, Members Bar, and events.
- Design and organise Members welcome programs & packs.
- Guest packs; creation, stock levels and registers.
- Support events communications.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Supporting and implementing outbound recruitment campaign strategies.
- Supporting and implementing internal recruitment campaign strategies.
- Available for direct communication with Members as an ambassador for Membership.

**Member Retention**
- Assist development of renewal and retention campaigns.
- Deliver accurate and timely member communications, across all required channels.
- Continually review member milestones and demographic information to adapt our offering to best serve the club's retention goals.

**Communications**
- Oversee weekly online newsletter planning and execution.
- Assist in the delivery of the Club's communications plan.
- Support the schedule of communications for the Club events calendar.
- Create and distribute club signage - general, AD notices, event signage and menus.
- Assist with setting up of Member letters, organise mail out and manage collateral.

**Reciprocal Clubs**

Manage Reciprocal Club offering and expansion.
- Regularly review and Reciprocal Club offering and communication to Members
- Manage enquiries from members going to reciprocal clubs and those visiting Tattersalls Club

from reciprocal clubs and create an effective feedback system.

**Website/Social Media**

Manage all website and social media content to ensure an effective and interactive channel to

communicate with Members and the community.
- Assist with ongoing updates and maintenance of the website.

**Events & Sub Clubs**

***Develop and drive the Club’s calendar of events and accompanying communication schedule.
- Assist with the delivery of Club events.
- Be responsible for the design and production of invitations and posters.
- Assist with the promotion of sub-club events.
