**About the company**:
ESE Consulting is partnering with a locally owned and operated business that services many of Victoria’s leading home-building firms. Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who will support the management team in a Personal Assistant position.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director and supporting the wider leadership team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Diary support, inbox management, scheduling meetings and organising events.
- Assisting with expense reconciliation.
- Maintaining the filing system of company records.
- Liaising with clients to arrange meetings.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Maintaining office and meeting rooms.
- General ad-hoc administration as required.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in an EA/PA or high-volume administration role is essential.
- The ability to work independently, complete tasks on time, effectively manage interruptions and pre-empt what the Executives need.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
- Possess great computer skills, preparing presentations, briefs, documents, and reports on behalf of the leadership team.
