**The Position**

Position Title: Personal Assistant
Classification: HS2
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,568.00
Hours per fortnight: up to 80 hours with an ADO every 4 weeks
Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time or Full Time
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Role Description**

The Personal Assistant role provides direct administration support to the Clinical Director of Medical Services, the Director of Nursing, Medical Services. The role reports to the DON Medical Services.

Tasks required vary according to need and demand on a day to day basis. The role requires critical thinking, adaptability and flexibility. A broad understanding of administrative requirements, including minute taking and meeting preparation as well as KRONOS management. Management of medical student placement is also a part of the role.

**The Team**

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
