- Demonstrated customer service experience in delivering high quality customer service in a dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation, and the ability to maintain composure and objectivity in difficult situations.
- Well-developed time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, take initiative, exercise sound judgement and be self-managed.
