Information about the role

**There are 3 current positions available, in a linear trajectory with skills and experience required adjusted to reflect each level.**
- ** APS 4 - Senior Insolvency Officer**:

- **APS 5 - Case Manager**:

- **APS 6 - Senior Case Manager**

**This recruitment process will be used to fill a merit pool, for current and future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies and will be active for up to 18 months.**

The Case Manager (APS 4, 5 and 6):

- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders (debtors, creditors and third parties) impacted by bankruptcy to minimise the impact of financial failure.
- Achieve effective outcomes for the Australian community
- Working from home and flex arrangements available

As the Case Manager (APS 4, 5 and 6) you will:

- Answering questions from debtors, creditors and other stakeholders
- Dealing with various stakeholders in both the public and private sector
- Identification of and supporting vulnerable people
- Preparing written correspondence
- Identification of and securing assets
- Investigation into debtors’ financial affairs
- Investigating public interest matters
- Contributing to AFSA’s purpose and vision
