This recruitment process will be used to fill a merit pool, for current and future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies and will be active for up to 18 months.

The Case Manager (APS 4, 5 and 6):

  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders (debtors, creditors and third parties) impacted by bankruptcy to minimise the impact of financial failure.
  • Achieve effective outcomes for the Australian community
  • Working from home and flex arrangements available
As the Case Manager (APS 4, 5 and 6) you will:

  • Answering questions from debtors, creditors and other stakeholders
  • Dealing with various stakeholders in both the public and private sector
  • Identification of and supporting vulnerable people
  • Preparing written correspondence
  • Identification of and securing assets
  • Investigation into debtors' financial affairs
  • Investigating public interest matters
  • Contributing to AFSA's purpose and vision
