**The Opportunity**:
Frontline are currently seeking for a temporary Accounts Payable Officer based in Derrimut.

**What's on offer?**

**Your daily duties will consist of**:

- Ensure accurate, timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
- Reconcile and match vendor payments to AP ledger
- Uphold accurate coding of invoices to general ledger and cost centers
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Workflow variances for approval in alignment with delegated authorities
- Verify and process employee expense claims, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and management review
- Schedule and prepare payment run based upon standard company payment terms
- Ensure maintenance and attachment of supporting records against systems transactions
- Prepare aged creditors reconciliations and other ad hoc reports as applicable
- Act as first point of contact for any credit controller queries
- Support cashflow forecasting
- Identify, challenge and or escalate breaches in financial controls
- Identify improvements to the accounts payable process

**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles, including GST and identification FBT expenditure
- Proven ability to calculate, accurately post and manage financial records
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a focus on high quality customer service
- Demonstrates attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a largely autonomous role; yet work as part of a broader team
- Intermediate software skills, including Microsoft Excel and strong ERP experience
- Passion to demonstrate a drive for success
