**The Role**

**Content Creator/Account Manager**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for coming up with video concepts, filming all original video assets (mobile device is fine) and all editing whether in or outside the TikTok app
- Engage with the social media community in a way that is on-brand
- Contribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channel
- Measure and analyse the performance
- Establish evolving best practices
- You are comfortable with being in front or behind the camera
- You are an enthusiastic and creative person who loves producing content
- You are passionate about storytelling and the social space
- You are constantly looking for ways to stand out on social media and jump on new trends
- Significant experience as an Instagram & TikTok user
- History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a brand
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
- A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that are engaging
- Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment working alone and while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
- Preparation of the Social Media strategy to drive engagement with influencers and raise consumer awareness, through various platforms. Work in conjunction with the Account Manager to manage relations with social influencers (e.g. on Instagram, TikTok) in a food target group. Provide reports about the ongoing performance.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derrimut, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media strategy: 1 year (preferred)
