**The Position**

Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry with operations right across Australia. The role will require an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative on tasks. You will enjoy being agile and flexible, as this position will involve the full remit of internal recruitment processes across a variety of blue
- and white-collar roles spanning the business’s operations. Offering assistance and guidance to your team, management, and internal stakeholders throughout the business. To be successful in this role you will be an experience Talent Acquisition professional, who is looking for a step up in their career to round out their skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Graduate and Apprentice recruitment campaigns;
- Work with a busy People & Culture team and be able to multitask or shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team;
- Continue and lead to project work that is focused on improving business activities;
- Have a genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, to ensure exceptional customer service;
- Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders through a consultative and proactive style to ensure the best talent is sourced for internal teams.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business management discipline;
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment, or experience managing a high-volume desk within a recruitment agency;
- Experience working in blue collar recruitment will come highly regarded;
- Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace, you are well-versed in all strategic and operational components of internal recruitment and used to working to tight deadlines and recruiting many technical roles across a variety of portfolios at once;
- Demonstrate flexibility and proactiveness to ensure workloads are effectively managed and prioritised in an everchanging environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, lead, coach and develop others.

The company’s driving forces are building and maintaining their supportive and collaborative team culture. They have operations right across Australia and with 1000+ employees, this role will be based in their head office in the west of Brisbane.
