**About the role**:

- Oversee systems configurations.
- Prepare partner and compliance reporting.
- Reporting and preparing for story grooming, Product enhancements and releases.
- Conduct UAT on new products and enhancements.
- Supporting internal teams on product usage and functionality.
- Dealing with client relations and customer support.
- Desire to work and pinch in across multiple tasks in an agile team environment.

**Essentials**:

- Well-spoken and presented.
- Understand technology and how systems fit together
- Background in Customer onboarding/Success, Junior BA/ IT Analyst.
