Our client, a leading Media publisher started in 2017 and focuses on providing news and research to support positive ageing.

They are looking for a
**Campaign Manager **to work full-time in Sydney and join their team, based in their stunning new office in Balmain.

We are a small and nimble business that delivers a range of products from websites, training portals, research, and events targeting the aged care and retirement industry.

We are a small and tight-knit business with a friendly and supportive team culture. We are growing and are looking for a
**Campaign Manager **to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns alignment with company goals and target audience
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal marketing to create compelling campaign strategies across various channels
- CMS and CRM management; proficient in Hubspot or similar is an advantage
- EDM creation, management, planning, and implementation for newsletters and sponsored content based on templates provided
- Updating Plug-Ins as needed, data analysis, content loading and editing on multiple websites
- Assist and report into the Marketing Director to help delivery of campaigns and sales and sponsorship support
- Performance measured through hitting deadlines, staying within budget and ensuring specifications are there
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital content production, project management, marketing or campaign management
- Proficient at CMS and CRM platforms, in particular Hubspot
- Technically-minded and data-driven with an attention detail
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects
- Skilled in WordPress, AdWords, AdManager, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Office 365 is an advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
