**The Company**

The role has a blend of technical and ASX reporting deliverables, with a heavy weighting on the management components to the role. This position will focus on managing the finance team, cash flow and hedging deliverables, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering with other LOBs for direct influence in the business. This opportunity will allow you to continue shaping the successful team and progress your career as the CFO has a desire for this person to succeed them.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CFO, the role will require you to manage the entire finance function and will focus on:

- Cultivate a strong team culture and provide mentorship to reports
- Statutory/ASX reporting
- Acting as a business adviser providing meaningful insight through data.
- Strong focus on business partnering with other LOBs.
- Full management of treasury including cash and hedging.
- Tax accounting deliverables including income, FBT & BAS
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and modelling functions.
- Insurance and compliance deliverables.
- Oversee AP, AR, Payroll functions.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Previous management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
