**Client Executive, Global & Corporate**

Due to significant growth we are seeking for a Client Executive to join our Global & Corporate team within Aon Risk Solutions. Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private and top ASX listed businesses (including major multinational organisations) across all industry sectors.

**Your responsibilities**

To be successful in this role you will have experience in servicing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for:

- Management of a diverse portfolio of clients
- Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
- Manage daily client enquiries pertaining to the management of their risk and insurance programs including claims
- Identifying development opportunities for designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions
- Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
- Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and follow-up documentation with clients
- Placing insurance policies with local and London-bases carriers
- Develop relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes designed to meet client needs
- Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification
- Strong communication both written and verbal Presentation skills
- Ability to write technical reports and be able to advise clients of technical risk issues
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Client and outcomes focused
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through expertise and innovation
- Self-disciplined and organized with a motivation to work to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
