Our project delivery teams were born in the cloud, meaning we have grown up in an agile world, using cloud technologies but ensuring we put the business value and a customer focus first. We're looking for a Digital Business Consultant to join our growing teams across Sydney and Melbourne.

**Who are you?**

Here's a snapshot of what we're looking for;
- A versatile digital business consultant with complex enterprise transformation experience
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Change management and adoption experience, ideally with methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
- MS tech stack understanding including CoPilot and Modern Workplace practices,
- Understanding or experience with Open AI
- Technology agnostic approach to requirements gathering
- Passionate about understanding business challenges (personas, use cases, optimisation opportunities and human centered design principles)
- Ability to discern strategic imperatives and articulate technological roadmaps, business benefit and future capability
- Demonstrable team leadership and collaboration experience
