We are actively seeking a
**Sales Development Associate.** This is a remote position that is based in Australia.

**Position Summary**

The **Sales Development Associate** is an entry level position within marketing. Direct or indirect experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, coachable and a high-achiever who is goal-oriented and looking to develop in a fast paced environment.

The primary role of the Sales Development Associate is to drive awareness of the Rimini value proposition to executives across a large number of prospect accounts. This position leverages social media and traditional communication platforms to introduce Rimini Street’s end to end enterprise software support, products and services for enterprise software. The role is paid on a bonus program with the primary metric being a targeted volume of successful engagement of executives through video and other interactive assets. This volume of responses will be nurtured through a marketing funnel to create leads for the sales organization.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- High volume outreach activities through social media and traditional communication platforms
- Builds rapport and engages executives to consume Rimini Street digital and video assets
- Pass over successful executives’ responses to the marketing organization
- Conduct outbound follow up calls
- Achieve success metrics for number of executive engagements
- Develop and execute on a plan for broad coverage across a high volume of accounts
- Ability to communicate at high levels within an organization
- Remain current on information regarding Rimini Street’s end to end enterprise software support, products and services for enterprise software

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
**Experience**
- 0-2 years sales development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals

- Positive and energetic communication skills (written, verbal and auditory)
- Ability to work independently and resourceful
