About the Role
The Environmental Coordinator
- Living Well Together (LWT) Project plays a critical role in the development and implementation of evidence informed/based interventions which aim to improve the quality of life for residential aged care residents with or without dementia. Further, the role will optimise successful implementation of the Living Well Together, previously known as Dementia Model of Care
- specifically this role will have responsibility for a project domain e.g., environment and co-design and will work with other project team members to ensure evidence integration.
The Environmental Coordinator
- LWT Project works within a large team of internal and external stakeholders, e.g., tertiary institutions and these relationships are central to the success of the project. The Environmental Coordinator
- LWT Project is also a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) and will on occasion provide secretarial support and advice to other Governance bodies.
Key Duties
Effectively communicate functional strategies and provide strategic direction to the group, enabling high engagement and performance
Maintain and encourage positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and key networks.
Undertake and complete Living Well Together/ Dementia Model of Care implementation and research projects as identified in the LWT project plan on time and within budget.
Oversee all aspects of service delivery and day-to-day activities within the community services division, supporting timely and effective decision making
liaise with the site, project team and contractors to implement environmental aspects of the project
Build and maintain collaborative and strategic working relationships with key external stakeholders, driving community engagement and advocacy
Undertake and complete Living Well Together/ Dementia Model of Care implementation and research projects as identified in the LWT project plan on time and within budget.

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Project management or; Other relevant Human Services qualification and/or experience
Experience in implementation and reviewing quality systems
Experience in project management
Experience in implementing evidence informed programs
Current Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
Satisfactory National Crime Check, renewed every three (3) years
Full and ongoing Right to Work in Australia
